Preparation

What to bring on day of installation:

Victorian Alcohol Interlock Installation Certificate (customer to download from VicRoads website which will be available on Thursday 28th November 2019)
Evidence of identity (100 points)
Car Registration Papers (please note: The vehicle needs to be fully registered as we can not install on a vehicle with permit or no registration)
Licence Eligibility Order (LEO) – if applicable

Valid Concession Card:

Health Care Card
Pension Concession Card
Department of Veterans Affairs Gold Cards – TPI, EDA, War Widow or War Widower

Day of Installation

The installation will take about an hour to install in most cars.

During the installation time, you will be shown a video on the product being installed into your car as well as expert training on the safe operation of the unit.

^The Basic, Standard and Complex rates are determined by the vehicle make, model and year. The
rates can be identified in the following listing:

Basic: All vehicles up to 1999 or earlier and Key Start

Standard: All vehicles between 2000 – 2015 and Key Start

Complex: All vehicles from 2016 to current and / Push-Button / Motorcycles (incl. Scooter)/ Start Stop/ Trucks

EV/Hybrid vehicles: All years make and models.

Please note depending on the difficulty of some vehicles, an extra hourly rate may apply. if this Is required we will do our best to quote this in, therefore all customers are aware.

*To be eligible for concession rates, you need to present a valid Health Care Card, Pension Concession Card and/or a Department of Veterans Affairs Gold Card/s. Kindly note that only primary card holders are eligible for discounts.
