Installed my interlock 19/02/24 and everything was good. Great customer service by the lovely office lady. Easy to use and easy to understand all information are shown and given on site. Watched a video on how to use the interlock and also trained on it before getting into the car and driving off. Nothing was rushed they made sure everything was done properly.

Steve’s Car Alarms are not only professional and give great service, but they go the extra mile! Their gps trackers were able to help locate a stolen vehicle within hours of the incident, resulting in no damage to the vehicle! Rebecca & Steve were absolutely fantastic in helping provide live reports to the police as the incident was happening. I couldn’t recommend their product, and staff higher.

Customer service A+++++Steve went above and beyond installing gps system (this includes the whole set up and rundown of how to use) and fixed other complications he noticed, that another 4 services were unable to fix. Just had an immobiliser and central locking kit fitted to my old VH. Couldn’t be more happier with the result, works better than new and Steve even fixed a few other electrical issues I’d been having with the old girl. All the service was mobile, so could recommend anyone thinking of this service. Will use again in the future.
